For many years, I have bought all my appliances from Affordable, NEVER again. I needed urgent repair to my washer - heading out of town to pick up my son who is just about to become a US Marine. They charged my card for the service call the DAY I called - 4 days before the "tech" missed the 4 HOUR PROMISED window. Who upon his late arrival, in a busted looking pickup with no spare parts, focused more on my electrical outlet and breaker panel than he did on my washer. Within 20 minutes, he announced to my son, who I had to leave at home because I had already missed 4 hours of work, that we needed "to buy a timer or a new washing machine" AND THEN HE JUST LEFT. No phone call to me, NO WRITTEN - OR EVEN VERBAL ESTIMATE. Who does business like that???? ...read more
