buying and selling in difficult market.
I hear a lot of negative conversations regarding this market. I would like to remind the buyers and sellers in this area that we just went through a very strange market and there is no way it could stay the way it was. I personally have great hopes for a turn around in the near future. Sellers asking prices are down and interest rates are not bad. now if we can just get the taxes under control !!! It may never go as crazy as it did a couple years ago but people still love florida and still need homes so hold on. ...read more
