The housing market is rebounding in rentals in Port St. Lucie. It is amazing how fast and furious rental requests have been coming in. The need for 4 bedroom homes is huge. I have received more than 100 calls since January 3rd, have pre-viewed about 150 homes for potential homowers and my rental success rate is excellent. 92% of people who go out on viewings are finding and renting their home with me-often on their first outing.
