Have you ever tried to get Comcast come to a service call? You have to schedule a service call a week to two weeks in advance. They show up later than they wer suppose to come. They charge you $25.00 then they do not fix the problem . They just tell you it cannot be fixed. The service department at Daystar Communications will get you the solution to your problem ASAP even if they work 24 hours a day to correct it.
