I reached out to Jim C for help dealing with my neighbors and the general loudness they brought to this once-quiet neighborhood. Jim might as well have thrown me a life preserver made out of concrete. Really, if he had done so, I may even have more use for it than what he actually gave me. He never once obliged a single of my requests. Not once. I asked him for the landlord's contact info. Nope. I asked him to talk to them. Nope. Nope, nope, nope. So now I'm here listening to my TV and everything else. It's like this. "Be a dear and change that roll of toilet paper, will you? It's out." BOOOM BAMMMM KABOOOOMMM "Done!" Jim was quite the opposite of helpful. ...read more

Dear Sir, We live at Coral Ridge East Condo. at 4501 NE 21 Street in Fort Lauderdale. We lived in Apt 311, and a slow dripping of water coming thru the ceiling vent in the small bathroom. We checked with Apt. 411, and there was no water on the floor, or the shower stall. Perhaps, it is a frissure issue that the water is coming from the roof, or side of the building. Our telephone number is 954-772-1451, or cell # 954-471-1031. Yours truly, Kevin and Deborah Card. ...read more

Board members running the Condominium are EXTREMELY unapproachable, not civil, and find easy reasons to emotionally attack leasees. Very hostile living environment. Do NOT recommend!!!!!! ...read more
