I reached out to Jim C for help dealing with my neighbors and the general loudness they brought to this once-quiet neighborhood. Jim might as well have thrown me a life preserver made out of concrete. Really, if he had done so, I may even have more use for it than what he actually gave me. He never once obliged a single of my requests. Not once. I asked him for the landlord's contact info. Nope. I asked him to talk to them. Nope. Nope, nope, nope. So now I'm here listening to my TV and everything else. It's like this. "Be a dear and change that roll of toilet paper, will you? It's out." BOOOM BAMMMM KABOOOOMMM "Done!"
