We just moved here from Arizon... We just moved here from Arizona and was told we need a Termite Bond on our house we bought as termites are a big problem in the area. We called several companies including Extreme. Doug the owner came out and gave us a very fair quote and explained all about the termites and how they would do the treatment and keep the house protected.
