This place was recommended to me by a hobby shop. Was really looking forward to it! Unfortunately, we went on our day off, Saturday, and never thought a craft store that is closed on Sunday, would close at 3 on Saturday! After driving 27 miles to get there, and spending only 10 minutes there, the lights were turned off, and we were herded out. I told 3 people, but they wouldn't even let me look at some fabric prices to see if I wanted to come back! Other people there were surprised too. Very little yarn. Almost no beads. I had been told there was lots of beading stuff. Have no idea of fabric prices, or what else they had, but do know they had at least 3 sales people who could care less if they get new customers or not! I will not go back. My wife & I have been going there for over 2 years and in ALL of that time I have NEVER felt welcome & in fact have been humiliated more than a few times. Our insurance is a pain to deal with and rather than work with us on getting through the red tape, we're treated like an annoyance...as though we were flies buzzing over their lunch. I do NOT exaggerate. We're making arrangements to move our Rxs elsewhere. I've had quite enough of being treated like something they stepped in. My dealings with them today were the LAST time I EVER step foot in there. No wonder my mom refused to get her Rxs filled there. I must point out that not everyone there is this way...only 85% of the ones who actually have any control over Rxs, refills or insurance matters.
