Staff and manager/owner are dishonest. They do not disclose sales policies at time of sale. They are unconcerned about dissatisfied customers and do not offer any store credit or attempt to satisfy the customers in any way. This hair supply store the sale attendents use to be really helpful and know they are really useless. They stand behinf the counter more than anything. You have to go to them before they come to you. They are never socialable with the costumers unless the manager is in their with them. It's one young girl that works in their with glasses she is really helpful. But in rarley see her that much when i come in their. I have stopped going in their because yiou really cannt get what you want without waiting more than 45min. Even when the store is empty. Unless that one girl is in the store. The young girl with the glasses. She walks though the store an talks to everyone an acts like a good sales person. The older women is rude and really sacatist. An wory about how she looks when she comes in the store. If you are looking for the right hair go to another hair store that is willing to help. Its hard to find good people who wanna work.
