Ecua, A untilities company out of Pensacola fl They use to pick up garbage twice a week in out town, and decided since they have a monopoly pretty much this is not enough money and took a day away. NOt only did they take a day away, they decided to raise the water prices again. Now I don't know about you but I think we pay to high of prices for water that is known to be one the most unsanitary water systems in the U.S. I think it is time the customers of Pensacola write, call, anything you can do to let them know they are the worst business in this town. They know we have no choice but to put up with it but if Santa Rosa's Trash pick up adn water was to come this way I would be there in a sec.They don't over charge and they have a competitor in which they have to keep priices down. I am sick of EcuA, We have not washed clothes here because it is time for the yearly est. rating. My bill was higher thanever and since I go to school and work thier 9-5 hours they are not reachable to find out how in the world someone that cut down on thier water gets a 177.00 water bill. Seems they have no hrly help after 5 for their customers... How do they get away with all this??? Attorney attn: put your education to work for us. We need some help in fighting this company and their abilities to raise, take away services without any question being raised to why? How do you double ur rates when you more than over half cut your staff?? or pick ups??? ...read more
