We recently agreed to sell our home in Pensacola to an person who applied for a mortgage with Bank of America on July 27, 2011, with a closing date of Sep 15, 2011. On or about Sep 1, Elmira a BOA employee, contacted us and advised BOA was ready for an early closure. We weren't but quickly moved our furniture out and placed it into storage in Orlando, FL, on Sep 13, in anticipation of the closing on Sep 15. That day, we were contacted by "Elmira" the who advised BOA could not close on Sep 15, and needed an additional 5 business days because of forms they "forgot" to have the buyer and seller sign and to be safe the new closing date was scheduled for Sep 26, 2011. Today, Sep 20, 2011, we were informed that BOA hoped to make the closing date of Sep 26, 2011, however, we should extend our contract to be safe. As of now, we can't live in our home due to no furniture and the best BOA can do is tell us we have a "good byer". Sadly, we don't have a good bank. Don't ever use this bank! ...read more

This life insurance agent is licensed with Midland National Life Insurance Company or one of its affiliates. Don't Trust Midland National Life or Midland Annuity. They have been sued all over the country for their sales practices that amount to ripping off senior citizens.
