Visited Elite Eyecare yesterday for the first time. Called them at around 9:30 am and got an appointment at 2 pm. Can you believe that? Less than 5 hours later AND the day after Christmas!!!! What a professional and well oiled business and a huge selective of eyewear. Dr. Ling performing my eye exam was thorough and very impressive, down to earth, and explained things that could easily be understood. Mrs. Ling was as thorough as her husband helping to choose glasses and doing pre and post screening. Bill, just one of the techs, was able to make my glasses as I waited and very friendly. I was out of there in LESS THAN 3 HOURS WEARING MY NEW SPECS!!!! ALL the people working there were totally professional and more over easy to approach, friendly, and THEY WOULD TALK TO YOU!!!!! I have always received great, courteous service from the staff. I recently had a problem and they willingly and quickly solved the problem for me. They have always given me great service.
