Looks nice on the outside, but if you go in you will find that the employees have chips, drinks, and food out in the pharmacy area where the medications are being put together. My infant daughter requires a compound medication for her heart condition and this was the only pharmacy in the area that could do it. The first time I picked it up there, the pharmacist changed the dilution "just because he wanted to" so that instead of giving my 2 month old 0.4 ml of fluid, I would have to give her 5 ml (that's a lot for a baby!). The second time I filled the same prescription there, I asked him to please file it with the insurance (he did not do it the first time either, but I didn't realize it at the time). He argued with me and told me that unless I brought all my other prescriptions there it was a waste of his time. He then proceeded to berate me on how people like me were the reason small business pharmacies could not compete with chain pharmacies. I left there in tears.I am a mother to a sick infant, I have plenty on my plate to worry about without some jerk pharmacist talking down to me.
