we were very disappointed in the product. We paid $20 plus tax for four of these. Two of them broke the first day. My little girl is upset that she spent her saved money on this and now has nothing to show for it. We followed directions and only used on smooth surface and did not throw these with excessive force as instructed not to do. have had no success in contacting the company about their product. ...read more

This company is great. The lost art of building and costumer services is back. I use to manage a small hobby store back in the 1980's got back into building RC airplanes in 2002. Don't do business here. This place has given me the most frustrating and infuriating experience I have had when dealing with a business. I brought in both my PS3 and Xbox360 to be repaired. The PS3 was reported as being unfixable. My Xbox360 was returned to me repaired. A few weeks later after watching 1 dvd with it I got the same error as before (e74), so I took it back in to them. This time they said they can't fix it and that it is a "different" error and not covered under the 6 month warranty, and even if it was the same error their warranty only covers them trying the exact same fix. They also refused to give me a refund, saying it had been too long from the day they fixed it, not the day I paid for it and picked it up (difference of 3 days and the 30 day refund threshold). After arguing with them I was able to get them to try to fix it again. After a few weeks of "we will call you when it is finished." they admitted to loosing my system all together. ...read more
