I lived here from 7/2012 - 10/2015. When I first moved in, this complex was not owned by Robbins. When Robbins took ownership, the rent increased dramatically. We were given a gate, but no code to use for guests or if we did not have our gate key. The phone number system on the gate did not work correctly. Parking was limited and Robbins let students live in the complex, which led to crime and noise. Management was often rude and bad at communication. The complex did not warn us about construction on Rouse Rd, which lasted over a year. Apartments had cheap paint which came off when I cleaned the walls, they put in cheap carpeting that was extremely thin and prone to stains, and there were damages to the cabinetry when I moved in. I had ants in every room of the apartment, despite using their extermination services and cleaning diligently. Upon move-out, I was charged $647.97 for cleaning, pet damages, and carpet replacement.
