Olaplex #2 is not an activator, neutralizer, sealer or conditioner but contains the same active ingredient as Olaplex No.1, however it’s intended to repair any bonds missed by Olaplex No. 1. Perfection: Olaplex #3 is an at-home treatment that reduces breakage and visibly strengthens hair, improving its look and feel. This take-home treatment is to be used to keep hair strong and healthy between color treatments at the salon. It has the same identical ingredients as Olaplex #2, however in a slightly lower concentration of the active ingredient, which makes it perfect for the at-home treatment.
