I had been to Yvon nails several times and enjoyed it very much. I received a gift certificate for a BDay present and went to present the gift certificate (with no expiration date on it) and they refused to honor it do to the fact that the ownership had changed hands. Now, wouldn't you think that when they purchased the business(same name) that they would have honored that gift certificate rather than losing a customer! It is so refreshing to find a salon that pays such great attention to cleanliness as well as professionalism. Kathryn, the salon owner, uses a brand new nail file on each client. She removes the plastic after they sit down. How wonderful. This salon is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. It looks and smells wonderful from the second you open the door. How many nail salons can say that? I can't wait to go back for one of her famous spa pedicures.
