My son (5 years old) received a haircut from "Lisa" on 7/25/11. My wife (who brought my son for haircut) expressed that she was "not happy". When I returned from work and saw my sons head, I was more than "not happy". The front hairline was shaved to his forehead in a curvy line that was uneven on both sides, one sideburn was sharply pointed the other squared, his hair was pitted to the scalp and uneven throughout. I brought my son back to the salon and spoke with the shift supervisor "Alex" who was very professional and obviously embarrassed. She offered to try to "fix it" the best that she could. I pointed out that his head would have to be shaved to the scalp to "fix it". She gave me the district managers phone number.
