just a word of advice. If you have a nicer vehicle keep it AWAY from FOX GLASS TINT in New Port Richey.Took in my BRAND NEW AUDI A6 for tint. The owner not only missed the corners of EACH window, he also slashed my window seal! Should have just left it at Reeves. You will accept liability but NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! I am sure these people do a fine job on tinting windows etc, but don't take your car to them for repairs. I was given a quote of $181 this morning and by afternoon it was $403..Was told they had been sent the wrong hose...TWICE.. and that the hose they needed was "available at the dealer only"...If they didn't have a part, they shouldn't have given me a quote, and I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake or the mistake of any parts stores...Typical bait and switch company looking to rip you off. ...read more

The fact that the "mechanic" didn't know what the correct hose to order was so the right hose would have been sent,and the correct price quoted, does not say a lot for them either. The work had already begun based on the first quote, and that is what I should have paid. The owner is amazingly rude to you, unless you are of Spanish descent or have a thing for Mexicans. This was evidenced when she had some mexican guy in front of us and she PURPOSELY kept us waiting to be served. How do I know this? My wife speaks and understands Spanish, which the owner did not know. Most of the conversation was chit chat about nothing.
