This company is extremely disorganized. They have piles of folders on the floor, and will lose your paperwork. So make sure you keep a copy of everything, and request copies of everything if they don't offer them. Be prepared because they will charge you for everything when you move out, so have proof in the form of pictures of the day you moved in! Amy's awful, she will do whatever she can to avoid you. To speak to her, pretend to be a new client interested in renting a new place. That will get her on the phone and eager. Amy's assistant is worth more than Amy! She's great. Try to get them to take the cleaning fee off the lease. Your apartment will probably not be clean when you move in. Don't be afraid to fight the claims they make on your deposit.
