Complete Aquatic Instruction

Kathy is very rude! I can’t speak about her actual abilities as a swim instructor because we never made it to a lesson. I just didn’t care for her attitude. My family and I are relocating, and I am looking for a new swim instructor for my son. As soon as Kathy answered the phone, the first thing she told me was she didn’t teach in “my area” anymore. I barely got the chance to explain that we are moving. As the conversation proceeded, she kept referring to “my daughter” even though I tried to correct her several times. I tried to explain that we did private lessons for two years, and my son is an excellent swimmer. He now prefers the camaraderie of a group class. She told me that she only does private lessons, and that she only teaches affluent people. She didn’t listen to me, and she was very condescending.
