On or about May 22 I purchased a small golf bag for travel to our summer place. When I got home the bag was too small for my clubs so the next day I brought it back (with the receipt) for a refund. I was told your policy was no refunds only an in store credit. This was not mentioned the previous day. It stinks. I have written you about this matter once already and no reply from your store. On or about May21 I bought a small travel bag at Golf Guys. Upon trying to fit my clubs in the bag they wouldn't fit. The next day I returned the bag with the complaint. I was told there was no refund of money only in store credit which was not mentioned the day before.
