Backstage Dance Academy
By Raddermomof4 November 27, 2012
NUMEROUS teachers have left : Meridith,LaKrisha, Neva, Abby, Jessi, Jessica, Kierseten and Mr. Matt in just the last few years. Owner plays favorites with the baby classes allowing them in the auditorium first and allowing them to save seats. Horrible set up with third studio across the street, and tiny waiting rooms. The quality of dance instruction is MINIMAL at best. At the concert, even the older girls had heel leads, unpointed feet, bent legs, no musicality, and minimal difficulty choreography. AWFUL studio. ...read more

Naples Fishing 10/13/09
The last two weeks have been great here in Naples. Tarpon were the main target and we landed a bunch of nice fish in the passes and off the beaches. Live ladyfish, pilchards and plastic swimbaits were getting the job done. We even managed to land three tarpon on fly on Wednesday. The tarpon have scattered the last few days with the weaker tides, but next week should pick back up. With a cold front coming through this weekend it time to focus on snook, redfish, trout and pompano.Live pilchards fished on the deeper shorelines and points will do good for snook, and trout. Shallower points, and oyster bars are wereyou want to look for redfish. ...read more
