I am an account holder and have been for at least 6 years. I'm holding a significant amount of funds invested with Merrill Lynch. I am utterly shocked and disgusted at the poor customer service. I have been trying to perform a function that is very basic for any investment firm (receive a medallion stamp on documents). For 2 weeks I have been calling, this branch has promised to get back to me, and finally one day after following up (because I never received a call back) they eventually told me they cannot do this because my investment is not with their branch specifically (though its with Merrill Lynch). I got scammed. Jose Vasquez - Fernandes came to my house to repair a pool, showed me US Security insurance paperwork, took my money to start the job plus materials money, started the job, installed wrong cheap materials, when I told him it was it was the wrong material, he asked for more money to get it, So... i gaved to him, then he never came back. my pool is now been empty for a week, cracks are starting to appear, i cant reach him, sent him emails, text, called etc NOTHING. !
