Browning's is amazing! Incapacitated by a broken ankle, and alone at my home, my mobility was also hindered by chronic back problems that made using crutches nearly as painful as the broken ankle. I phoned Browning's on a Saturday morning to inquire about a knee scooter and a shower seat. Doreen was so helpful and kind; and she made arrangements to get the items delivered to my home. Literally, less than 4 HOURS later, a nice delivery person arrived and delivered just what I needed. Brought a defective c-pap machine back to them and rented a replacement. Through the original doctor, the new machine came from a different distributor and I returned the rental. Upon a billing inquiry, I found out that Brownings denied I ever returned the original machine. I know that it was. After 2+ weeks of phone tag the matter was unresolved.
