I have a new Samsung refrigerator. USSI has been out twice to repair it. Both of these times, they sent someone incompetent. The first one replaced a perfectly fine ice-maker (not the source of the problem) and the issues continued. The second one came a) without tools b) without a work order - she said her printer was broken and c) without knowledge. She spent 3 1/2 hours trying to put in a part that they sent her with and when she left, forgetting to reconnect the water supply, when I connected it, water was everywhere inside the refrigerator.
