I will say that this is one of the prettiest and cleanest Publix's I have ever been in, but that is where it ends. The customer service here is almost nonexistent. When I moved to the area I was thrilled that this was going to be MY Publix. Then I was greeted with the horrible reality that I was better off shopping at a Walmart! Being right outside of Avila I would think that there service would be top notch. I guess the old saying of money doesn't buy happiness rings true. The only friendly people here are the ones who stock the isles. If you want to shop at a place where smart aleck children run free - and I am talking about the employees - then this is the place for you.
