Nice Place To Live. I have lived here in a lakefront condo for 15 years and still enjoy living here. The complex has many condos that are lakefront, and the whole complex is well maintained. It is in a great south central Lakeland location. There is a very nice lakefront pool area. Management is on-site 4 days a week. They are always fair and professional. They deal with rule breakers quickly and fairly. The condo association fees are very reasonable and have only been raised once in the past several years. She has no authority to get into anyones personal life, and yet she does. She bullies the weak, financially struggling, Black or Hispanics ones to move out by telling them how they should live their lives. When you walk into to her office you get the 3rd degree. \t\n\t\nThe night security watch man, nick named Robo Cop has made many people move out as well. He will follow you up to your apartment, look in the windows of your apartment, and treat you or anyone as a hoodlum. ...read more
