We recently hired True Builders to fix our pipe under the house, this required us to move out bc it was so bad and all the flooring had to be removed to get to the pipe. Issac and his team from True Builders came and made it so easy and stress free. We are back in our home and let me just say I LOVE WHAT THEY DID!!! My kitchen is beautiful, they did an awesome job through out my house... Hands down the best thing i ever did was calling them... this guy signed a contract to repair our roof and do some remodeling for $12,500; we gave him $5,000. He waited a week before sending a guy out, they worked about 10 hours repairing a 3 step staircase and hanging some drywall; then Weeks demanded an additional $7,500 in cash to perform under the contract. We refused. he tried to blackmail us! We now have to take hi to court to get our retainer. Weeks has 20 cases already filed in Polk county, alone! ...read more

Solutions for these ingredients may vary between shingle manufacturersand depend on the amount of discoloration. Solutions range from one cup TSP, one gallon bleach and fivegallons of water, to one cup TSP and 2.5 gallons each of bleach and water. First, gently disperse this solution on the roofing surface. Use normal precautions for handling bleach. Be sure toapply it carefully to avoid damage to other parts of the building and its surrounding landscape. Avoid scrubbing thesurface, as this friction may loosen and remove granules. If possible, always work from a latter and/or walkboards toavoid direct contact with the roof surface. Observe all possible safety precautions when working on or near the roof. Finally, rinse the solution from the roof by gently spraying the surface with water.Be warned that this solution applicationand rinse process will make the roof surface slippery and potentially hazardous to walk on during treatment. ...read more
