This has got to be the most unprofessional business I have encountered! This supposed owner Carol is very sneaky Nd not to be trusted! I called for an estimate. She cancelled the first time last minute and rescheduled with me which was fine. She seemed really nice and quoted me $150 for first time clean. The. She starts looking at me for a reaction and then says ok I can do $120. I said ok that sounds great. We schedule for the following Tuesday afternoon. I tell her I don't think I'll be home. She said we can leave a key if we are comfortable. Mi said ok but then my plans changed so I was able to be home. She gets there and is holding a bottle of something with a paper towel wrapped around it so I cannot see the label. Then I tell her oh my plans changed so I will be able to be here. She then replies oh I have to get some things out of the car. I say ok and go into another room. She texts me 5 minutes later stating they had a phone call and had to leave but will be in touch. I never heard back and even texted her again! Makes me wonder what they were planning on doing or taking from our home because she thought I wouldn't be there! I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM! I have personally been shocked about the carpet cleaning industry. It has gained a terriable reputation with low priced, unskilled work. The low price that seems to easily tripple when they get into your home. Why do people get there carpets cleaned? Because they are dirty! Don't ever let a company sell you on things like deep down clean with a buffer...lol..what a joke. If a carpet cleaner cannot get your carpet clean with his truckmount alone and alittle know how throw them out quickly...don't be fooled by sleezy carpet cleaners anymore, if they don't clean by sq. ft. they are truly not a great carpet cleaning company. Don't be fooled by tricky upsales that are not applied correctly. The list could go on for me. 9.95 a room? 2 rooms for 29.00? noway no how, hold on to your wallet when they enter your home.
