We ordered orthotics for our son in June. This office mishandled the order over and over again!We are now at the end of October and the orthotics have finally arrived. Our son went without them for months and this office showed NO CONCERN! Now after months of waiting and we have moved across the country, they refuse to ship them (in spite of having received nearly a thousand dollars from insurance) until we pay the $118 left over after insurance - a bill that just arrived two days ago. The level of INCOMPETENCE and MEANSPIRITEDNESS the office staff have shown us is unimaginable.
