We bought the vacuum and air purifier in 2010. Had nothing but trouble with the purifier and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. They don't show up for appointments and if you tell them you can't do it on the day they want to come, they threaten to cancel your warranty. If they do show up for appointment they will tell you what you need is not covered. Costs us every time they come . ...read more

Bought a vaccum in 2005. Was given a service certifacate for 25 free service and cleanings and also the use of a commercial shampooer. GUESS WHAT 7yrs later am still waiting for the service . They call, set up appointment and don't show up or call . So very dissapointed with this company. Don't recommened it. Also bought a air purifier at same time lasted 1 yr still sitting in plastic bag for service.$ ...read more

This company preys on the elderly. When called Chris Cudry to cancel the order the same day, that my 85 year old father cannot make decisions I was told OK, but after the 72 hour period, was told the cancellation had to be in writing.
