The managers are knoweldable and the service is awesome but they are very expensive! Especially their meats. The Publix in GA always had organic meats for the same price they sell thier regular meats. The organics the publix here carries are not the same thing. They need to sell grass freed beef and free range chickens not those nasty vegeterian feed chickens. After several times using United Rentals, I've realized that no matter what, the salesman gives quotes he won't stand by, the manager will cuss you out rather than discuss differences and the service department is run by a hot head that will charge you outrageous charges after he blames you for breaking their equipment that showed onto the site questionable. \t\nI have used several rental companies over the years and I can't believe the underhanded tactics used by United Rentals repeatedly. When I sent my own equipment for repairs there, I received ridiculous bills and the machine would still not work properly. I rented a piece of equipment that blew a hose but left the fitting in the threads the first day within a few hours of operation. The service tech said the fitting was stripped out after he removed the fitting and installed another hose only for that one to blow the next day. The tech came out again and could not replace it due to the stripped threads so they blamed me for a bent shaft. The machine worked fine until the hose blew off so the shaft was fine. They removed the shaft from a used unit at their office and brought it out the following day only to send me a bill for almost $7000 !!! It's going to litigation because the manager, service manager and salesman are extraordinarily rude and vulgar. They cannot hold a conversation without cussing me out. BEWARE!!!!! I am an avid Publix fan, but today I saw something that upset me. the lady in front of me had brought in 2 bags of food she had apparently bought for a super bowl party. She told the clerk that she was returning them because only 2 people showed up at the party. The cleck told her they would be able to sell the Moutain Dew, but the 10-15 boxes of TGIF appetizers and 2 Deans Dips would have to be destroyed. This did not seem to upset the unpopular moron returning them, but I am not sure who to be most upset with, her, or the liberal Publix return policy that we will all pay for now. ...read more
