I got a bouquet of roses from my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. The bouquet was average. The roses were a bit bruised at the tips and the arrangement was done without much attention to detail. They never opened which was disaapointing, and actually started to droop at the base of the buds the next day. After I spoke with my boyfriend, he said he was charged extra for a premium roses which they were not. They also tacked on a couple of addtitional charges which I can't see what for. It was in a clear glass vase with red colored water. I would not recommend them. They were way overpriced for the quality of the arrangement.
