We bought 3 pack and love them so far but the shoulder one is not functioning. This was purchased for someone who was in a car accident and it is very unfortunate that I cannot get it to work. If someone can please contact me I would be very grateful, I just wan to replace this one. Otherwise I will be contacting all cheer organizers and warning about your products and customer service. There is no reason for selling defective material, and then not responding to customers who buy such defective products. Clean up your act!
