I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. The manager for my development does not know what he is doing. For 4 years they have never helped with anything. Even cost me money approving things when the HOA board denies the written approval. I do not know why my money is wasted for these people to sit around and do nothing. To even get a phone call returned, you have to threaten to call their boss or to show up unexpected in person.\nThey don't even deserve one star. ...read more

I have lived in our neighborhood for 9 years. This company has taken our money and never helped when we ask. I asked them to fix our sprinkler, it was broke and the grass was turning into a sand lot. Nothing. A month later I saw the sprinkler guys working on the other side of the property, I asked why they never came, they said they never were never called. He said if he had been called he would have done it that day because it was something he could fix in five minutes. They just don't care. This is one of 100 examples. Plus they are rude. ...read more
