I just called to find out what it costs to wash a load since it has been years and years since I needed a coin laundry. The asian woman could hardly speak english and told me $1 per pound....ummm not sure my question was answered. I mean is it like salad at the hospital cafeteria? Add a shirt and the price for this load is now $1.20? I then asked her what is the best time to come when the shop is not so busy. She answered "you ca come anytie ok?" Don't mean to be mean about her accent, just trying to explain that if you have a business that involves customer service, your people need to have a grasp of the english language. ...read more
