Initial installation was great, I have texts where he said he'd come and take care of the warranty repairs, 6 months multiple phone calls & texts later the work still hadn't been done. I finally had to give him a deadline and let him know if the repairs weren't complete I'd be going to my family lawyer. After 6 months and multiple "I'll get it repaired" he now says the repairs aren't covered. Buyer beware with this guy! He won't be doing work on my other 2 homes!! ...read more

We have used TC doors twice this past year, one for a broken spring and once for broken cables. Both times a called Tom my call was returned within hours. We set appointments for the next day on both occasions and he arrived exactly at the time set..not a time range and the job was completed quickly professional and he checked all other parts before leaving. The price was as quoted both times and was well under anyone else I called who couldn't tell me a price or an exact time when they could come.
