The total at the end never matches the price listed or quoted at the beginning of the service. Today was the final straw when I was charged for a service I specifically told them I didn't want. I told them I didn't want gel polish but apparently they misunderstood when I said "I want regular French manicure polish" so my option was to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for them to take it off and reapply regular polish or pay for the gel polish and "for me to be clearer next time" I won't ever be going back and recommend others to find a better establishment. ...read more
