I have lived here since September 2013. When we moved in the management and maintenance was horrible and totally unresponsive. In the past six months we have new management and maintenance staff and things are beginning to turn around for the better. The infastructure is being fixed and we now have a management team which listens and is working hard to make this a safe and pleasant neighborhood.
