Lying cheats! if there was a zero option I would give it. My 71 year old Aunt went all over town looking for a fridge and ended up here. They promised her a Maytag with everything she wanted but they did not have a floor model to show her. The sales guy Don informed her that the one he was ordering would have those features and if not she could return it. On devilry day, it didn't. She called, spoke to Steve and was told they would be back to pick it up no issues and that Maytag didn't even make a model with the options she wanted and Don should not have told her that. When my aunt heard nothing the next day she called and was sent to Voice mails, then just plan hung up on! We reached out to her credit card company, they got involved and Don informed them that they would take care of her he would be speaking with the owner and calling my aunt back. I got a call from my crying, historical aunt a couple of hours latter saying not only were they rude but they said she was stuck with it. The owner Mr. Stanley Kantor himself told my very upset aunt, "Do what every you want. Your stuck with it and I'll fight you all the way!" We are disputing this with the credit card company and will be filing a complaint with everyone we can. They have cheated my aunt out of over $2000 and she is living on SSI and was taken advantage of. NEVER GO HERE!!! they are lying cheats and if they take advantage of little old ladies, they will have no issues doing the same to you. ...read more
