Dr. Willens and his staff treated me with kindness from the first visit. I was suffering from severe leg pain after having back surgery. Dr. Willens explained the different procedures that would help alleviate the leg pain and with his excellent bedside manner, I felt totally relaxed and was willing to try anything. Dr. Willens is so knowledgeable about all things related to the spine. His staff is caring and stayed with me during the procedures, making me lose any anxiety. The past 15yrs. Dr. Christopher Roberts has been there for my wife. Something that other Doctors could/would not handle do the the Nature & Complicated illness, including being told by other Dr.'s that she had 6-Months to live. Dr. Roberts ignored those Dr.'s & has handled her problems from just an office visit to several Surgeries that he has performed on her. Doctor C. Roberts & His Staff should be recognized by their Professionalism, How Courteous and Knowledgeable they are from the Doctors to the Staff. I recommend this office of Doctors & Staff to anyone in need, you will be amazed at how well & personable you are treated from the Phone call to make the appointment, meeting the staff and then when Dr. C. The waiting time was very long and then the doctor did not even want to hear what I had to say kept interrupting me. Everytime I try to explain what my problem was did not listen not caring at all it was like a joke this place.I thought that was rude and unprofessional you go to a place for help and the doctor was acting like she was and a hurry to be somewhere else.
