Thanking my lucky stars for the great service from Radco! A Floridian knows the air conditioner working in your home is VERY IMPORTANT! Coming home from work i noticed it ver hot in my home. My thermostat read 82 degrees! I called radco at 7:30pm needing service immediately. They send a man right out. He knew exactly what he was doing, like he had been doing this many many years. He spoke passionately about his profession which made me feel very comfortable. Ultimately, my machine was old and i needed to have a new system installed. The price was very fair and the man even got my air to work temporarily until the new unit could be installed. My well pump control panel went out last night. Called all the well pump businesses and nobody wanted to sell me the part without a service call. Average price for the control panel alone was $120. Have done business with Appliance Parts Depot many times before, but I didn't think they would stock the item. I called them 10 minutes before closing, and they stayed open over 10 minutes past closing time for me to get there. I always check with them first, their prices are great, service is excellant, and I recommend them highly to everyone. An A Business! This company not only provides the service that they bill you for but over charges! They were supposed to monitor need for salt for my water conditioner but also maintain the unit. They were supposed to come every 2-3 months but have been coming every month and claiming we needed 2 bags of salt, which is the most it will take.
