I have my mom who lives here and for the first time for the past 1 yr has this place look great . It's quite and my mom now has great neighbors. Before this was crazy. As for the comment regarding the manager, she has made a big difference here. As for the comment from other review, you must be one of those tenants that gave Villa a bad name. I have been here for over 13 years and never have had any problems until now due to the new manager Clare. In the past I use to recommend my community to several friends and coworkers. She walks around the neighborhood all time of day and night. Complains if your sitting on the stairs. Complains about the kids in the neighborhood. I have already written a letter to corporate regarding her demeanor have had no response will go past corporate. This is your home and should be able to come and relax not to put up with a "NAGGING" manager about Stupidity.
