I finally asked him <how long more I have to wait> He said <what can I help U with>. Told him about a little problem on my cell. He looked couldn't fix it. He started making phone calls. It was taking too long. I told him <please forget about my cell, I just gone buy a new phone with a new activation for my son. He got reall nasty and said< I am not selling U a new phone>. I left without getting a new phone for my son. I usually deal with Paul. Never had a problem with him. I never had such a poor service in any Metropcs.
