We located and called SIRGOOL on an emergency using superpages local search. This was a Friday afternoon, a contractor quit with a project deadline by Monday. We need 230 cables inplace asap among others. These guys showed up prepared, did a walk through, negiotiated pricing on the spot, recieved deposit and started within 4 hours of contacting them. I gave the team lead a key so they can return over the weekend. This job was completed and paid final installment Monday morning. They made us looked great. We had no complaints from customer. called before getting to the store.Mike told me just get here I will take of U.\nI got there he was busy. I waited for like 30 mn. He came out and didn't even look at me. He was doing other stuff. I finally asked him <how long more I have to wait> He said <what can I help U with>. Told him about a little problem on my cell. He looked couldn't fix it. He started making phone calls. It was taking too long. I told him <please forget about my cell, I just gone buy a new phone with a new activation for my son. He got reall nasty and said< I am not selling U a new phone>. I left without getting a new phone for my son. I usually deal with Paul. Never had a problem with him. I never had such a poor service in any Metropcs.
