Smart Decision charged me and my wife $800.00 for nothing ...Never answered calls , confused my file with somebody else , ignored calls and even personal visits ,they are 'masters of excuses" . We were so disappointed that we requested our money back . An extremely rude female at that office then threatened us with an attorney . When we looked up the name of the attorney on the Florida Bar Association he had been reprimanded by the Bar on more than 4 occasions .!!! I wish there is a "0" star as rating, because this is what this company deserves. One of the officers, Eloisa, is the most rude and antagonistic person you can ever deal with. This is a business where people go because they are burden with debts and don't know what to do. It is a service business, customer oriented. But this woman apparently does not want her business to grow. The way she treats people like they owe her something, the screaming, the banging of the phone disconnecting the call, phone calls not returned, you name it. Also I witnessed alot of very angry people there, I saw one individual assault another, over something that was never known, also another guy who seemed really knowledgeable blow up and snap at the owner, and tell everyone they were going to lose their money, he was thrown out of the place and cause a really big scene. He seemed pretty trustworthy and they all acted really wierd about it, also secretaries would disappear like 5 in 3 months. Clearly people were losing money and getting ripped. Most of the communication was in Spanish, and the place was just not good for anyone serious, I noticed one or two guys that were serious, but they never stayed. The place was dodgy, and it puts up a great front on the internet. In fact the guy "jimmy", who was on the youtube commercial actually sold forex for dummy rip offs to new guys for 850$ a pop. There is zero information regarding bancard financial, it typically does business in New York and South Miami in forex IB and other various finanical service areas. In Miami it seems to target the Spanish speaking sectors and minorities mainly and "pitches" them forex trading while charging them from 500$ a month and up for "mentoring" which is near non existent. It appeared no one there was a professional trader in any shape or form. And the only information given related to training was a poor version of freely available technicals that can be found anywhere. It was also a revolving door of clients and employees. Basically a borderline fraud using FXCM and robots. FXCM was the primary brokerage platform. They also made money doing other things, but it was very unclear exactly what. the whole place is shady as hell. Stay away, keep others away.
