Blue Dog Ink took my order, charged my card and sent me the wrong product. They admit they changed my order without asking me and are willing to take the items back but expect me to pay to ship it across company back to them, which is patently unfair. Meanwhile, they have my money and now I have to go through the trouble of calling the Florida BBB and stopping payment on their charge. A reputable business wouldnt want the bad publicity but these jokers dont seem to care. ...read more
