Lens-crafter by the entrance of Westfield mall. I went a Saturday and this girl named Yeny with glasses "helped" me out. She kept rolling her eyes at me and my daughter. She gave me a terrible attitude when I asked her to see different frames. Like if I was bothering her. I felt so uncomfortable that when I asked her to speak to a manager she said that no manager were available with a smirk on her face. Never again !
