I have a system that was installed by someone else. The recent Tropical storm dump much needed rain but it also stirred up the water tables and results were dark red water and the system was not doing what it should. I called a couple places then got Walt on the phone. He put me right at ease and the next day they were out to help get my system back on track. And then I got a lesson in how it works so that I can make needed adjustments as the water changes.They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need... we talked about what kind of maintenance I will need in the future.
